Growth Mindset

I loved introducing the growth mindset to our class last week! We had a great time learning about our brains and the neurons that grow as we learn new things. We talked about ways to change our words to reflect the growth mindset in our classroom. Pics to come soon of our Growth Mindset display!  Be sure to ask your child what they learned about a fixed vs. growth mindset last week!

Growth Mindset vs. Fixed Mindset

Mystery Reader - Dr. Moehlmann

Dr. Moehlmann visited us today as our first Mystery Reader!  Yippee!  She brought two books for the kids to vote on.  The students picked the book "Ish" for her to read.  Ask your kiddos what the message of this book was?  She surprised the kiddos and read the second book she brought too.  The students loved "The Dot!"  It has a great message too!  Thanks for coming to read to us today!
